Bracelet in blue bubblegum beads
What could be more modern than bubblegum jewellery? Bubblegum refers to either to the use of beads larger than are used in traditional jewellery making or to bright coloured beads similar to the sweet.
Here I have covered wooden beads in a soft blue handcrafted polymer clay to which I have then added decorative elements. Small handrolled blue beads separate the larger beads. They are strung on elastic with the connections buried within one of the beads. The beads have been softly polished.
When relaxed the inner diameter of the bracelet is between 6 and 7cm (approximately inner 20cm circumference).
Bracelet 1112035 was handcrafted in polymer by Kay.
If you want me to make you a similar bracelet - maybe bigger or smaller then contact StudioKY. The colours are mixed by me from artist's primaries so it is unlikely I would make it identical but it will definitely be very similar.
I made earrings and a bracelet in similar colours. There are also plain coloured studs and simple dangle earrings which will tone in with this necklace. If they have been sold, contact StudioKY and I will make a pair for you.
