We accept payment through PayPal – but this does not mean you need a PayPal account – you can also use a credit or debit card. Check the PayPal option at checkout but if you scroll down the “Pay Now” screen you can choose a credit or debit account. 

Aust Post

Items costing $55 or over are now SHIPPED FREE. 

We have also simplified other shipping costs.  One or more items costing under $24 incur a shipping fee of $2.00. Items costing between $25 to $54 incur a $7.00 shipping fee. Contact us for a personalised invoice with a single shipping cost if you want to purchase multiple items.

We use Australia Post and ship to anywhere in Australia. International customers need to read below. We usually post 1 to 2 days working days from receipt of payment.  Sometimes the item you select will be with Yvonne in rural ACT and there may be an additional short delay. We will contact you with details. Shipping will be to the address you give on Checkout. We keep the postage as low as possible using envelopes and cushioning your purchase within the package.  I will be responsible for delays in posting but cannot do anything to improve Australia Post. If you want priority or registered postage contact me before paying.

International customer Overseas customer should contact me for postage charges to your address. If we can use a document envelope the charge is AUD$8. If Australia Post classifies your order as a parcel (combine items including packaging up to 500gm) the charge will change according to the postage zone into which your country falls. Payment should be made not more than 3 days after purchase. If there is a genuine reason for your delay please contact us. 

We do not need a deposit if you commissioning work similar to work shown on this site.  Realistically we would need to discuss your committment for large or different commissions.   

Refunds

We love our work and stand by its quality. Without question we will replace faulty goods or goods not as advertised but the item must be returned to us for assessment OR some mutally agreable arrangment made between you and StudioKY. Photos may be sufficient in some cases. Central Coast residents can come and see me at Shelly Beach Market or the Entrance Farmers and Makers market and exchange your purchase. Contact me through this site and visit my studio at Berkeley Vale. Adjustments can be made on the spot. Sometimes with large earrings for example, turn the earring dangle 90 degrees and the earring suddenly does what you expected.

Exchanges are welcome but are easier if face-to-face. Otherwise email me. Returns, not related to quality, will be credited but I would like a reason for obvious reasons.

Please check out photos and description carefully and ask any questions you like before purchasing. Photos in our shop are large enough to show "warts" and all. Techniques used in making our jewellery may result in, for example, visible joins between polmer canes (motifs) and are not faults. They are not usually visible to the naked eye except under very close inspection. Ask any questions you like – you may send a fabric sample for matching if you are worried (cut a small piece from an inside seam or hem).

NOTE: due to some incorrect advice some of Kay's jewellery created in 1911 and 1912 can become "tacky" after long exposure to the air.  These pieces were all sold at Gordon Markets  Contact me or bring the jewellery to my market stall (see above) and the coating will be removed and the piece refinished. A few items may have been purchased at Culburra Beach. Please contact me so I can bring the solvent (lacqueur thinner) and finishing equipment with me when I next visit Culburra Beach.
